Hout Stockx Aluminium
The company H.S.A. B.V. (Van Hout Stockx Aluminium B.V.) is a dynamic and independent smelting works situated at the Metalpark in Delfzijl, the Netherlands. Our vast experience with processing secondary aluminium stems from the past. Flexibility, expertise and accountability are values that are important to us.
Our location at the Metalpark offers a range of opportunities: we maintain tight relations with our neighbours, Aluminium Delfzijl B.V. (Aldel), which is a full daughter of Corus Group. We have strong ties with Aldel in the fields of melting techniques, logistics and administration.
H.S.A. does not only remelt metals for Stockx Metal Trading B.V., or other companies of the Van Hout Group Worldwide. We also remelt metals for other companies: suppliers provide the materials and we process it into bricks. Either in the shape of a bar, or in the shape of a so-called 'Sow'.
Sows
A Sow weighs 200 to 600 kg, measures 85 cm wide and 25-30 cm high. The length is 103 cm.
Ingots
H.S.A. can produce a range of alloys in the shape of an ingot. An ingot weighs 7 to 10 kg. All ingots are numbered and provided with a corresponding analysis certificate.
Liquid
Last but not least, H.S.A. is capable of supplying liquid aluminium. If supply the liquid aliminium to you, we minimise all risk by taking every safety precaution possible.
It should be mentioned that H.S.A. is 2003 NEN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified since September 2003. This certification does not only count as an assurance that H.S.A. complies with the highest quality standards, but also counts as a solid guarantee to our suppliers and costumers that our products are of the highest possible standards.
